2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can corn
1 can hominy
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing
Drain all items and mix together with dressing. Serve with Fritos or Tostitos. DELICIOUS!!!
