Apple Toffee Dip

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed toffee (I use Heath Bars)
10 small Granny Smith apples
1 c. lemon juice

*Mix the first six ingredients together and chill.  Slice apples and squirt with lemon juice to keep from browning so quickly.
