1 can cream of celery
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained (I use Veg-All)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
*Combine soup, vegetables, onion, mayonnaise & cheese. Pour into baking dish. Cover with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Super easy and super yummy!
